Exploratory Prototype Safe Harbor (Not Medical Advice)
Software modules including Pocket-Gull, Neural Biomarker Edge Hub, and the Mindful Breathing Visualizer are exploratory research prototypes engineered to demonstrate client-side privacy, cognitive ergonomics, and FHIR R4 interoperability.
These tools are not FDA-cleared, CE-marked, or licensed clinical diagnostic devices. They do not constitute formal medical diagnosis, treatment planning, or emergency clinical intervention. Healthcare decisions must always be made in consultation with a licensed physician or credentialed healthcare provider.
2. Financial & Mathematical Solvency Disclosures
Educational Calculation Standard (SEC Reg BI & CFPB TILA Alignment)
Financial calculation tools, interest amortization schedules, and economic models (such as the Quantum Debt Clock) are provided strictly for educational and mathematical modeling purposes.
Outputs do not constitute accredited investment advice, fiduciary wealth management, formal tax counsel, or certified legal accounting services under SEC Regulation Best Interest or CFPB rules. Users should verify statutory figures with an independent certified public accountant (CPA) or accredited financial planner.

Commercial Entity Separation: Formal commercial contracting, enterprise consulting engagements, and client service level agreements (SLAs) are executed through GearArts LLC. Independent research writings, open-source utilities, and artistic creations are published by Phil Gear independently.
Nominative Fair Use & Non-Affiliation: All third-party product names, logos, registered trademarks, and patents referenced across this portfolio (including Google®, Gemini®, Wacom®, and Necco®) remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective trademark holders. Reference to these entities is made strictly for descriptive, educational, comparative, or nominative fair-use commentary. No corporate endorsement, official sponsorship, or commercial partnership is implied unless explicitly stated.
4. Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA) Sanitization
All enterprise case studies (such as Enterprise AgTech Climate IoT and logistics orchestration engines) describe generalized architectural methodologies and publicly verifiable engineering principles. All proprietary client codebases, commercial trade secrets, private agricultural facility locations, and sensitive sensor feeds have been thoroughly sanitized, de-identified, and abstracted to maintain strict compliance with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and protect commercial privacy.
5. Environmental Ethics & Wilderness Geofencing
In accordance with the PhilGear Photographic Directives, all landscape imagery derived from the 80,000-photo archive is subject to strict ecological privacy controls:
- No Micro-Geotagging: Precise GPS coordinates for fragile alpine ecosystems, sensitive wildflower blooms, and wildlife nesting grounds are intentionally truncated to broad regional waypoints to prevent geotourism degradation.
- Residential Sanitization: Coordinates, physical structures, and identifiable attributes of private residences and private property are systematically scrubbed prior to web presentation.
6. Privacy Architecture & Responsible Disclosure
PhilGear.dev enforces a zero-telemetry posture: no third-party tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or keystroke loggers are ever embedded. For security researchers, a formalized coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy is maintained under RFC 9116 at /.well-known/security.txt.
